Task:
Industrial Visit - Technical Report on Predictive Maintenance -Condition Monitoring Strategy of the Plant
Students will visit one industry in Muscat and will make assessment or evaluation about maintenance strategy implemented particularly the condition monitoring aspect.
The student will then draft a Technical report outlining the company's mattenano strategy implementation and his or her critical evaluation towards the company's condition monitoring practices.
Component/Task
Description and explanation of the maintenance strategy - predictive maintenance condition monitoring implemented by the company
(ii) Critical discussion about the effectiveness of the condition monitoring techniques being implemented by the maintenance department in preventing machine failures
(iii) Recommendation for further improvement of the overall condition monitoring activities implemented by the maintenance department
