Problem:
Last year, the Costa Allegra was towed into port in the Seychelles after a fire knocked out power. Although passengers were inconvenienced, there was no loss of life. However, earlier this year, another Costa vessel, the Concordia, ran aground and there were 8 deaths. What crisis management tools should (or did--if you want to do some research) Costa have had in place in both crises?
