There is a sheriff in Arizona who has reinstated such things as "chain gangs," and instead of piping MTV to them, they get shows like the "Andy Griffith Show", and "Little House on the Prairie." He also puts them in tents in the desert, makes them work, and dresses them in pink or in the old fashion prison stripes. Crime has declined dramatically in his county, what a shock.
