This assignment is an opportunity for you to explore the life of an undocumented transnational family, and to further your understanding of what this life means within the current political, economic, social dynamics of the United States. In addition, you will be able to investigate new technologies and social policies, which could serve to enhance the life of undocumented transnational families, as well as other disadvantaged persons in Los Angeles and in migrants' research planning issues and initiatives for transnational community development between California.
