When 1 is selected for choice, check to see if the combination of 1 for choice and zip code exists. If combination exists, message "A primary location already exists for this zip code: If not, save code already in place.
When 2 is selected for choice, check to see if the combination of 12for choice and zip code exists. If combination exists, message "A secondary location already exists for this zip code: If not, save code already in place.
When 3 is selected for choice, Update Include field in table to "Out of Area".
