• The fundamental doctrine principles outlined in the NRF

• The definitions of scalability, flexibility, and adaptability in regards to response

B. On the right side of each priority, principle, and definition listed above, provide one example of how your selected response plan meets each. If the plan you're evaluating does not meet one of these priorities. principles, or definitions make a suggestion (2-3 sentences) of how the plan could/should be modified to meet the NRF criteria.

a. Describe the ESF system within the NRF and explain how this system is utilized to meet the priorities. fundamental principles and/or scalability and adaptability requirements outlined in the NRF. Describe how decisions will be made during a disaster as described in your sample plan. Who decides priorities and budgetary decisions? Is there a pre-designated disaster manager (incident commander/EOC manager)? Who is the accountable governance individual (mayor/city manager/emergency manager)? Who was involved in the creation of the plan? Who was left out?
