Create your daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring checklists to ensure a good nutritional, healthy, and safe childcare environment. Each checklist should consist of 10 monitoring items. Read textbook chapter 10 to learn about what aspects of the Nutrition, Health and Safety environment need to be consistently monitored. Each checklist (daily, weekly, monthly) has to cover all three areas: Nutrition, Health, and Safety. This assignment intents to provide you a thorough review of the areas that you must monitor to keep children safe and a practical tool as an end product that you can use for your child care center.
