1) Pick an example of a problem/situation requiring project management.
a. Create the Work Breakdown Structure (create a spreadsheet in Excel)
b. Identify the activities and relationships among the activities required to successfully deliver the project (i.e. Decide which activities must precede or immediately follow other activities. Also, you may decide that some activities can occur concurrently/in parallel with each other.)
c. Assign time estimates for each activity (i.e. estimated start and end dates for each activity)
d. Identify the critical path in your project - i.e. the longest time path to complete the project
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
c. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
