The first task in the network installation and configuration process is choosing the operating systems for the server and workstation computers. For this project, you will add content to the Server and Workstation Operating Systems section of the network design and configuration document.
The project deliverables include the following:
• Update the Network Design and Configuration document title page with a new date and project name.
• Update the previously completed sections based on your instructor's feedback.
• Create the Server and Workstation Operating Systems section, which should include the following:
o List the operating systems and versions that you plan to use in the network for the servers and workstations. You may have more than 1 operating system that is required for different servers or different workstations.
o Include your justification for your selection of operating systems.
o Describe the process that you plan to use for installation and configuration of the operating systems. The description should provide an overview of the process and does not require all details. The configuration options need to only include the most important settings.
• Be sure to update your table of contents before submission.
• Name the document "yourname_IT290_IP2.doc."
