Problem

The concept of business management model called Leavitt's Diamond Model by Dr Harold Leavitt in 1964, an American psychologist if management which then reimagined into People, Process, Technology (PPT) will serve as the theoretical foundation for the research framework that will underpin this investigation (Figure 1). People, processes, and technology are the three primary components that make up organizational change management, which is a holistic approach to understanding and managing organizational change. The independent variables (IV) that will make up the research framework as per Figure 2 are going to be the following: people, process, and technology. The dependent variables (DV) that will make up the framework are going to be employees' acceptance toward organizational change, job satisfaction, and performance. The research framework will also consider a number of potential mediators, including organizational culture, leadership, communication, and training, all of which have the potential to have an impact on the relationship between the IV and the DV. On the other hand, the research framework will also take into account the potential moderating effects of gender, age, educational level, and job tenure on the relationship between the IV and the DV.
