Students should create a Corrective Action Plan based on the following vignette. Since this is a fictitious response, students have the liberty to create specifics related to their conversations with the employee during supervision, staff meetings as well as the progressive disciplinary dates.
Case Vignette: Lorraine is currently an Intensive Case Manager with the HIV Care Management Department. A recent audit from the New York State Department of Health, AIDS Institute has found serious problems with her claim submission and her case notes. As a result of these problems, the AIDS Institute will be reclaiming over 10k in revenue from the agency. Lorraine has had several progressive disciplinary conversations with you (her supervisor) regarding her document.
