Conflict Styles
Research an organization of your choice. Create specific examples of how a manager in that organization could use each of the Conflict Management Strategies of avoiding, competing, compromising, collaborating, and accommodating. Describe the company, and explain how a manager could use each of those strategies, using chapter terms (Avoidance, Accommodation, Compromise, Competing, Collaboration) to defend your position.
