Problem
Patient complain of chest pain when watching TV, chest pain becomes worse and call ambulance. He report pain 10/10, 12 lead EKG shows sinus tachycardia, vital signs b/p 142/102, HR 110, RR 23. 02 sat 95%, patient complain of being light headed, he was given nitroglycerin ×3 during transport to hospital with little relief. Has a history of hypertension. Create SBAR for this patient.
