Good and successful teamwork is crucial to any ICT project. You have just been made the team lead for a project and want to be sure that your team is successful. You have called a meeting to discuss how a successful team operates. Prepare the following documents for this meeting. It is your choice if the project will be a Software Development or Infrastructure (Networking) project.
1) Create one-page flyer that highlights the skillsets needed for ICT teams.
2) Create checklist - which includes a brief explanation of each step provided in the list that can be used to ensure that the project is put through a Quality Assure (QA) process.
