You learned about managing compensation and benefits. We know in today's work environment, in order to hire and retain employees, employers must have competitive and flexible compensation and benefits packages. Reflect on this week's lecture and then in 150 of your own words, address the following:
I. Identify and discuss at least one compensation and benefits trend you believe would influence your decision to stay or leave your employer, explain your answer.
II. Describe the compensation and benefits you believe would create the most lucrative package to attract and retain employees.
