Problem
Create for me a collection of resources that I can use to address any HRD needs and questions that I might encounter in the next 12 months. This includes onboarding, performance management, training, career development, and anything else related to the people side of the business. I am particularly interested learning more about employee motivation, since many of our team will be working at/near minimum wage. I am looking for the premier books, websites, and thought leaders in the field, as well as a list of professional associations and consulting firms that might prove useful. To reemphasize, I want the benchmark resources - the ones that are recognized as leaders in the field - they may not be the first ones you find, but they must be the best. If our investors don't recognize them as credible, they have no value for us.
