You will follow the guidelines of the original assignment (refer to syllabus): Create an Organizational Handbook to Promote Critical Thinking and Decision Making.

Research other organizations handbooks and scholarly resources and submit an outline as to how you would go about to promote critical thinking and decision making. You may use the same "module" format for the outline as described in the syllabus and Bb guidelines under "Assignment".

• For this assignment, you are given a task by your leader to go beyond the typical mission, vision, and core values in order to create a handbook that sets a new standard within the organization.

• This task is to create a handbook that contains many strategies to promote an organizational climate of critical and positive thinkers, decision makers, and problem solvers; not a climate of complainers, cry-babies, rumor mongers, and etcetera.

• Your task is to complete an outline that will produce an award-winning handbook that promotes organizational success.

You will need to provide appropriate Headings and Subheadings and you will cite the source to support that section and, include one sentence to further explain the topic to be covered.
