Problem:
For this week's assignment, I would like you to create an on boarding process for new employees and some sort of re-training for existing employees.
Using your text, personal experience, and other sources of your choosing (please remember to cite sources using APA format), design a process for new employees to integrate into the company (trainings, workshops, one-on-one, etc.) and a program for existing employees to support their positions or to enhance it by learning something new.
Your deliverable can a Power Point or a written proposal of at least 2 pages in length and follow APA format if citing outside sources.
