Please assist so that I can complete the following:
Problem 1: Create an effective external communication plan for each team member's public policy issue. These plans must be tailored to meet the needs and address the concerns of all competing stakeholder groups.
Problem 2: Evaluate the roles of elected and appointed officials in establishing media relations for each communication plan.
Problem 3: Evaluate how competing interests were balanced and tradeoffs were made in the creation of the external communication plan.
PUBLIC POLICY ISSUE: CALIFORNIA AB 1725, SPECIFICALLY THE ROLE OF ADJUNCT FACULTY. THE POSITION IS THAT COLLEGES SHOULD HAVE MORE FLEXIBILITY TO USE ADJUNCT, PARTICULARLY WITH THE CURRENT STATE BUDGET CRISIS AND LARGE CUTBACKS AT EACH OF THE COLLEGES.
