Everyone will contribute to the same document; this document should provide a clear understanding of the criteria that must be met in order for a source to be considered peer-reviewed. Each student is expected to contribute to the wiki and a grade will be assigned based on individual contribution, not the resulting document; therefore each student is responsible for their own grade. Keep in mind that this information will help you as you move through the psychology program, so you may want to save a copy of the completed assignment at the end of Module 2 for future reference.
