Discussion: Develop a WBS
Create a WBS on your class project topic (see Table 7.1 found in Project Management Tools and Techniques: A Practical Guide (2nd ed.). Select a fictitious project such as building an ice cream drive-thru, launching a hot dog stand business, planning a black-tie fundraiser, planning a trip to three countries to include the tours, etc. This topic will be the focus of your individual class project. Many future discussion will center around your class project, so that part of your end-of-the-semester project will be worked throughout the entire semester. Once your topic has been identified, create the WBS for this discussion board.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
