Create a WBS for building a new house by using the mind mapping or the approach used in class (with the boxes). Remember that out of the WBS, out of the project. If you don’t include an element it means it won’t be done! The following items are mandatory requirements:
1. The WBS first level elements should include, but not limited to: managing the project, finding property, securing a loan, designing the entire house, building the entire house, and providing landscaping and external items.
2. Under external items you have to include a hot tub and swimming pool.
3. The WBS should be broken down into at least 2 levels (the project name is not considered as a level).
4. At least 2 elements of the WBS should be broken into a third level.
5. All the WBS best practices presented in class should be followed (check your notes). For example: One element cannot be broken into only one element, break an element into all the elements needed (100% rule), etc. 6. An itemized/descriptive list of elements will not be accepted, only a graphical representation of the project scope.
