As a member of the board of directors for XYZ corporation you have been tasked with helping find a new President for the company. Based on what you have learned in class what are some of the things you might want to look at for your company as you recruit a new leader? What things can you do to incentivize him/her to want to work for XYZ? What qualities might you look for in a leader that might help him/her create a vision and direction for the company and what qualities would you not want in a leader? You will be presenting your ideas to the other board members so make sure you ground your argument in material from the class to illustrate your knowledge.
