Comic Strip for "Rime of the Ancient Mariner" (A)
Using the other side of this paper, make an eight-panel strip. You will create a strip that tells the story with speech/thought t illustrations of the poem.
Follow the directions below while creating your comic.
1. Use the first square for the title of your strip along with a sub title for the poem - you may not use the poem title only, 1 original.
Include the author's name and the title of the poem with your name listed as the illustrator! ("Rime of the An The Original Pirates of the Caribbean - by Samuel Taylor Coleridge, Illustrated by Susie Student.
2. Use one square for each part of the poem. Include as many details as you believe are importar events that occur within that part of the poem.
3. Each box must have a picture and a narrative sentence which explains what is going on within the frame.
4. You must have 12 dialogue balloons within your comic.
5. Be as creative as possible; use color and your imagination.
