Parameters of the assignment:
• You will be giving a 3minute commemorative speech using a manuscript.
• No bibliography is required, however, if you use any quotations, definitions, statistics, or other outside sources you will need to cite them within your speech.
• You will need to bring in a rough draft of your speech on __________.
