b. Display the ‘State' as a data label that is centered inside the bubble,
c. The x-axis should range from 0% to 7%, and the y-axis should range from 80 to 140,
d. Use the ‘Style 5' design,
e. Make sure that your chart has a 20pt title and appropriate 14pt x-axis and 14pt y-axis values and titles.
