For this project you will create an 10+ page proposal aimed at educating fellow employees or your boss about this new aspect of your field (backed by research and planning) and some indication of how the workplace needs to change to support this. Your proposal must also showcase effective design following the HATSpowerpoint in the course lectures folder and should include images, charts, or graphs. For the proposal, please refer to the Internal Proposal organization on pages 329 - 335 of your textbook. Proposals are often used by business communicators who are seeking funding, support, or response on an idea. In this project, your proposal will be aimed at a group of your peers in the workplace and offer the new product, material, communication, technology, process, etc. as an important object of study or implementation. For your proposal you will need to research the topic from at least 5+ sources offering insight on the topic or the field alongside some insight into what your workplace looks like. If you are not currently working in such an environment or don't otherwise have access to a workplace in your field, you may offer some information about the type of workplace that is typical to your field of work. You will use this research in order to offer your gathered knowledge about this topic to the audience and persuade them that your topic deserves serious study.
