Create a presentation demonstrating an organizational structure of your organization, an organization you are familiar with, or a fictitious organization. Use any of the forms of departmentalization (functional, product, customer, geographic, or matrix) and include presentation of the advantages and disadvantages of the structure in the particular environment. Use word, excel, powerpoint, draw it and scan it, or use another program that can be saved as a pdf, but be sure to include the organizational chart and include position titles or departments.
