You are to discuss what you believe to be the direction, ramifications, and societal implications of technological development. To make it more interesting, you are NOT limited to information technologies for this report! You may choose any area of technology development - examples might include technologies from the automotive, medical, or manufacturing industries. Choose something that is of interest to you, and use it as a learning experience!As part of the assignment, develop a one-page rubric with no fewer than five considerations one might weigh when determining if one should embrace or reject a specific technology (Note 1: this is a generic rubric - you do not need to identify a specific technology under consideration).
