Be detailed. Add a stock image or personal photo of a person that fits your persona. Personas are occasionally based on people that you know that fit into the target audience. The more you can relate to the person in the document, through the information in the document (photo, story, personality, etc.), the easier it will be to design for the persona. Your persona doesn't have to meet all of the target audience criteria, but it should be representative.
