Problem
Create a performance measurement framework for the plant in The Goal. Make sure to first describe the desired characteristics and objective(s) of the measurement system. Also define each measure included and justify its selection. The measurement framework should also be depicted in graphical format that also shows (hypothesized) causality (e.g., see Figures 7.2 through 7.4 in Spitzer). Finally, discuss how you would approach validation of your proposed framework (i.e., what steps would you take, in which order, to test the framework?). Your response should include logical justification of your points and, where appropriate, support from other references.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
