For this problem create a Performance Management plan that is based on evidence-based methods found in the scholarly articles you read. The plan you create should have enough detail so you could give this plan to a Human Resources Professional and they could immediately apply it.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
