Create a patient scenario utilizing at least 5 medical terms that have been covered so far in this course. This patient scenario can be a short patient history, a healthcare practitioner's assessment, a portion of patient's discharge note, or whatever you want to create. You may want to describe a patient's illness or injury or discuss a medical procedure pertaining to a specific diagnosis. Make sure you appropriately use the medical terms within your scenario.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
