Problem
1. Create PHP script that will accept input from the registration form that you created in Module 04 JavaScript.
1. Your code must include server side validation (check that all values are provided) and display all information submitted by the user. NOTE: You must validate that at least one checkbox is selected.
2. An Email confirmation should be sent to the user. You will get the email message in C:\xampp\mailoutput. Open the confirmation message with Notepad and include a screenshot of the message.
2. Create a menu for your Individual project and use to include it both in the form and results page.
