I have been appointed as a director of Stay Safe Station. This organization has basically been set up in order tohost and help the at-risk youths to be offered for services like guidance and counselling. This is aimed at addressing their specific needs that are affecting them in their day to day lives. In addition this organization acts as a shelter to those youths who have ran away from their homes or have been disowned. This organization is aimed at shedding some light on those children who do not have access to get the help they need in order to become successful and able people of the society in future. It tries to bring back the lost children back to their senses and make them learn that something good can come out of them.

Basically quiet a number of children are brought up with poverty, some brought up by single parents and are exposed to the dangers that arise from peer pressure. Most children turn to drug trafficking and other immoralities. In Stay Safe Station, we are giving the young people a safe place where they can come and work through the problems that they be going through currently, alongside with offering them somewhere they can be creative and have a form of an outlet. Dating back to my childhood life, I was like these kids but I was lucky to find someone who took time to speak to me and understood me and my situation. So as a director of this organization, am doing all my level best to ensure that I reach out and assist several or at least one child. They will in turn have an obligation to help others who are in the same problem. The Stay Safe Station is a non-profit organization which is aimed purely at serving a major need that has risen in the society.

The mission statement of the organization will be for showing emphasis to the community at large, the reason behind us starting this organization, why we are here, and what we are striving to achieve within some given period of time. Going by my rough draft regarding the mission statement, consist of "At Stay Safe Station, we believe in securing the society's future by helping those who will be running it in future. We are set to reach those people who have been neglected and pushed off to the back burner and have been deemed unreachable. We are looking for a better tomorrow, which we believe it is starting with the changes that we make today." The organization's mission statement is aimed and set to not only help the employees working in the company and the volunteers to stay driven in doing the best they can in aiding, but also to bring in people from the society who are in need of help whereas they have been denying it.

We have high hopes that the people who live in this society will look at our mission statement, which will be en eye opener for them to persuade them support and embrace this initiative of our organization to change this community. We expect to get their support and together we fight to make the society better and to secure our future leaders. It is our hope as an organization that the community will not only be motivated to aid those children than have already been affected but also have an obligation to prevent other children from becoming the at-risk youth whom we are trying to help. Having their support will motivate us and help touch more and more people thus transforming the society.

A value statement could be referred as declaration that which informs customers and the staff of an organization about their top priorities. As a director I would say that a value statement of an organization like this of ours, is what keeps us down to earth and gives free room for the people in the community to connect with our organization. In Stay Safe Station, our value statement is, "Here at Stay Safe Station, we strive as an organization not only for us to preserve the future that lies in our society only, but instead we work with the values such as personal excellence, honesty, kindness, integrity, constructive criticism and embracing of team work. The employees in our organization share a common goal in them, of taking upon a challenge, no matter its size, in order to assist the at-risk youths to overcome the problems they are going through. All our employees are geared towards a common goal which is helping these affected youth in fighting with their current problems, in order to secure the future life of the society at large." People living in this society have hope in seeing a place that they can trust and a place which they can often come for help. As an organization, we are working to not only bring a positive image of our company out there, but to hold that image for a long time through transforming more and more youths.

The values that we have at Stay Safe Station are values that we intend to use to instill into the youths and the children who pass through our organization, who in turn we expect that they will help others too using their newly acquired altitude. As an organization we are set to work with these values which will in turn lead us on our set journey to uphold and to reach that which was promised in our mission as an organization. We have strategies of increasing our values in order to reach to the other societies that we intend to make change in.

At the end of it all, as an organization we are hoping that we will have grown at a rapid rate and become the most popular company in the area. Once we have had a good reputation for ourselves, and also become a place which everyone desires to come to, we will easily reach our set goals. We will have made tomorrow a better place that everyone will be desiring to reach. However we are there to transform the society until almost everyone is at a point of self-drive full of values and new character. This will have met the Stay Safe Station goals and mission which will be a source of pride for everyone.
