Nikki Lou is a resident of Illinois who is getting married March 15 of this year. She has purchased the following items that are to be delivered to First Church of Rockford (100 E. State Street, Rockford, IL 61103) at 9:00 am on March 15 of this year:
1. Bridal Bouquet: $250.00
2. 5 Bridesmaid Bouquets: $500.00 (5x$100.00)
3. 1 Groom's Boutonniere: $25.00
4. 5 Groomsmen Boutonnieres: $75.00 (5x$15.00)
5. 2 Altar floral arrangements: $500.00 (2x$250.00)
Besides including the above list and the standard elements of a contract, you are to also include the following clauses into your formal, written contract between your floral shop and Nikki Lou:
1. A Mandated Alternative Dispute clause
2. Choice of Law/Forum clause
3. Act of God Clause in case flowers become unavailable.
4. Restriction on assignment and delegation clause.
