Your case brief should be double spaced and not exceed 4 pages in length. For the most part the content of the brief should be in your own words. You should paraphrase and simplify the words of the court in the full court opinion to concise wording in your brief. At times, you may want to use the exact wording from the court opinion. In these circumstances, please be sure to use quotation marks and proper Blue Book citation.
