The Insurance claim cycle follows a series of steps from the time the patient sets his or her appointment to the time the claim is paid. Using the steps in the insurance claim cycle, do the following:
Create a fictional scenario that details a patient actually proceeding through each of the steps.
Show how the patient moves through the steps in the cycle until the claim is paid.
