One issue that you may have to address if you decide to employ others at working place is the need to create and foster a diverse work environment. These differences can create conflicts and misunderstandings within the workplace that lead to productivity issues. But what about similarities? Is there not value in that? What is the value that working place could have from the employee similarities.
