Read The Importance of Successful Implementation section in Ch. 7.
Create a Venn diagram of the e-business model based on the reading that includes the following:
Diagram the four components of the e-business model.
Identify the common underlying core of the four components.
Place the core in the center of your Venn diagram.
Create a diagram key that defines each of the four components and core.
Include with the core definition a brief explanation as to why this common element to the four components is essential to creating a competitive e-commerce advantage.
