Create a content objective and a language objective using the English Language Arts Standards from AZ or from your state for you of ELLs at the Basic Proficiency Level for each of the following domains:

2. Reading
3. Writing

Include a 500-750-word summary below the chart (within the same document) that contains rationales for each of the three domains that deser.
