Assignment
Create a concept map for your product's domain that visually represents the concepts and the relationships among the concepts. Indicate what the focus question is for the map. Try to identify and map about 10-15 concepts. Having more concepts is fine, but be sure the map remains readable. If appropriate, it may be helpful to articulate more than one focus question and illustrate each question in a separate map.
Recommended tools for drawing the diagram include:
- Visio for Windows (available for free to CDM students);
- OmniGraffle for OS X (available with an educational discount); and,
- Diagrams Online (www.draw.io), a first-class, free, Web-based drawing application.
