· ACO payment incentives to the organization
· How the RUC impacts economic efficiency
· Financial analysis, including:
· Capital requirements
· Reimbursement model
· Cost per patient visit
· Pro forma, including:
· Patient revenue
· Operating expense
· Income from operations
· Total expense
· Net cash flow
