a) You supervise a department for a local electronics retailer. You have been assigned to lead an eight-month project to implement a new time keeping system to track hourly employees' time and attendance. You want to develop a balanced scorecard that can be used to manage the effectiveness of this project as it goes forward. Many people are familiar with using balanced scorecard to measure the overall business, but few understand how it can be applied to help manage a specific project.
b) Create a balanced scorecard for the financial, customer, business, and learning aspects of the project and insert it onto the discussion board. Explain how you will measure the effectiveness of the project.
