1) You supervise a department for a local electronics retailer. You have been assigned to also lead an eight-month project to implement a new time keeping system to track hourly employees' time and attendance. You want to develop a balanced scorecard that can be used to manage the project as it goes forward. Many people are familiar with using balanced scorecard to measure the overall business, but few understand how it can be applied to help manage a specific project.
2) Create a balanced scorecard for the financial, customer, business, and learning aspects of the project and insert it onto the discussion post. Explain how you will measure the effectiveness of the project.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
