You will use Book Creator create a 5-6 page (not including the title page and bibliography page) iBook on one of the following themes in the history of Islam and the Middle East:
1. Inventions and Discoveries
2. Key Turning Points in Political History
3. Notable Leaders, Religious or Secular
4. Faith, Theology, and Religious Devotion
5. Sex and Gender
You will be required to draw from at least 3 secondary sources (scholarly books and articles) to inform their approach to their chosen topic. One of these sources must be a book. Students must also select appropriate historical images - engravings, maps, photographs and the like - to complement their text. Each page should feature at least 250 words of explanatory text.
