This plan can focus on dealing with a stressful interpersonal problem at work, relaxation, meditation, exercise, nutrition, or any other single issue related to stress, anxiety or health. It is expected that you will follow through and participate in the plan that you have created, in Weeks 5 and 6 of this course.
