Recognize a critical asset in your city or state that might be vulnerable to the domestic terrorism.
Recognize five threats against your critical asset. Consider both terrorist and non-terrorist threats and comprise at least one weapon of mass destruction.
Compute the risk for each threat and recognize existing countermeasures.
Write down a 1,400 to 2,100 word proposal which assesses the present vulnerability of the critical asset. Consider the threats identified, the computed risk, and existing countermeasures. Find out if the vulnerability is reasonable and suggest additional countermeasures to mitigate the risk of attack.
