Could you please clarify your position on who should regulate the healthcare system? You mention that government cannot be in a position to regulate effectively and assert the government should regulate in concert with other institutions and organizations but then in your final sentences, state that using other sources would have dire consequences and result in a decline in the quality of care. Who, specifically, is best suited to regulate health care, in your opinion?
