Problem: Mr. Banks purchased glass containers for use in a lab made by ABZ glassmaker Inc. He purchased the containers from a distributor in Nashville, Tn. ABZ GLASSMAKERS Inc. an Indiana corporation, manufactures its glassware in Indiana and distributes its products nationally. When Mr. Banks heated the container ( under normal conditions in the lab), the container exploded and Mr. Banks and two of the students were injured.Mr. Banks attorney wants to bring a product liability lawsuit against ABZ GLASS maker's Inc in Tennessee. ABZ GLASS MAKER DOES NOT believes it can be forced to defend a lawsuit in Tennessee since it has no offices there.   Can the Tennessee courts take jurisdiction?
